About Disability Services

Central West Community College can offer support to people with a disability under two different programs:-

  • Disability Employment Services - assisting jobseekers to find and succeed in employment
  • National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) Program - assisting people with a disability to access and participate in study, training and employment.

Disability Employment Services

 The Disability Employment Network is a specialist employment service to assist people with a disability succeed in finding employment.

  • Support is provided by experienced staff who understand your needs
  • Our service reaches out to small communities to ensure equitable access
  • We have partnerships with community and government agencies to increase the range of support and options for assistance you may require

 Last year our specialist support assisted more than 200 people with a disability to gain sustainable employment throughout Bathurst, Mudgee, Lithgow and surrounding areas.

Our Disability Employment Service is available in the Bathurst and Mudgee regions.

National Disability Coordination Officer Program

Central West Community College is committed to providing support and guidance to help people with a disability to participate in education, training and employment.

Our NDCO Program services an extensive region of Western NSW including the communities of the Central West, Dubbo, Tamworth, Griffith and Broken Hill.
